Below is a place to thread out quick little conversations with the NPCs that aren't worth an entire log. Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

[Feels like hell hunting down those wolves and taking these teeth. But no commune, no easy out, and can't have these guys downing citizens, right? So he sadly makes his way to the concerned citizen and gets their attention.]

Hey uh, you looking for some fangs? Three canine sets, right? Feel bad takin' these.

[Poor things...]

But they're biting people! I think they're feral. Have you heard all that howling at night?

[He shudders, then takes the fangs. After selecting the best looking one, he ties it on a leather thong and holds it out to the Summoner-turned-bard.]

Here. Maybe if you wear one of these the other wolves will know to not attack people.

I guess so- to bad this coulnd't've been made a little easier or uh, less harmful to everyone involved, wolves included. [He glances to leather thong and stares for a moment, chuckling to himself when he takes it.]

Uh- right, this'll hopefully send the right message.

They'll know you're a fierce foe who's not to be trifled with!

[Yeah, they sure will know that. Thankfully everyone's dressed ridiculously this week, so most people probably wouldn't even bat a lash.]

Definitely! I certainly wouldn't trifle with me now, but with this? Not a chance. [Let's all just hope he keeps it even after the curse, so he can continue fashioning this most dashing of thongs.]

[Fortunately (or unfortunately as some people will see it), all the shiny loot collected during this curse will stick around after it's over. It might not do much of anything, but it'll be there. Generally people haven't been appreciating this guy's leather work, and Lysunder being so accommodating makes him happy.]

Hey, here, you can have this too.

[He fishes out a couple hp potions and forks them over. It always pays to be nice to the npcs.]

[Well thank god, people will be thankful to this NPC later, you can be sure of that. As well as unthankful, you probably can also be sure of that.]

Hm-? [Watches him, his wings flickering a little. Summoner smiles seeing the offer of a few hp potions and takes them happily, making a click sound with his mouth and giving a rather smarmy expression.]

Why thank you. Sure these'll also come in handy. It's been wonderful doing business with ya, heh.

[You'd think with Darkleer's Voidy powers being taken away for this curse, he'd be a lot easier to spot. No more Batmanning it up.]

[Yet here he seems to appear out of nowhere, walking right past Summoner to grab one of Summoner's horns and just... keep on walking.]

Don't make that expression at innocent bystanders, they'll get the wrong impression.
