Because Vatheon is pretty much build on paradoxes and time-weirndess, nothing would happen to the shards. They'd continue behaving as normal. They'd show some reaction to the character who they originally came from, but they won't be able to be joined with her because from her perspective those shards are already present. Kinda like trying to shove a second puzzle piece in a hole that is already filled up. But other than that they should just behave as they do in the show.
