Anyway, you would be able to app him as soon as there is a comprehensive summary/wiki/translation available of the Japanese game. So basically any kind of source that you could give to a stranger and they could read up on your character and understand what is going on. There is no need to wait until the game is out in english, but please use spoiler cuts and warnings until it is. I hope that helps.
