I wish I could say. I've tried to get more information out of her before, but she is excellent at her job. I'm half inclined to say she was Alternian-born and raised.

It seems like the easiest option was to leave us all to our own devices, but... That could always change. Hopefully we'll be able to get more chances to undermine her soon. She clearly doesn't like that us foreigners were somehow able to figure out a way to keep this whole thing going on still.
