While the overall application is good, we would like to ask for clarification on a few points in the personality. The major concern is the approach to his personality in terms of the noncon and rape aspects. It doesn't seem to be clearly stated in canon, so we would like more elaboration on where this is coming from and when he acts in that way. Otherwise, we would like some elaboration on how he would interact with people when not acting obsessive over them. How does he treat other people? Show us a few more aspects beyond his loyalty and his love of boys.

I simply see no other way to interpret his canon lines. While I would prefer to just drop this subject, upon canon rereading him a few times, it just strikes me as a defining trait of his. He states that it doesn't get him 'excited' if he doesn't slice Inuyasha to pieces slowly, along with saying "out of the men I killed, you were my favourite". Another line in question would be "But before I end your life, I will be very gentle with you." He's obviously not speaking literally here and along with the other sexual references he's made in this fight ("And in the end you will beg me on your knees 'please, Jakotsu-sama hold me really tight'"), the pieces fall into place. I'm sorry, I suppose I cannot explain it any better as by showing these quotes. I never felt that it wasn't canon, even if the word 'rape' is never used.
As for the rest of his personality:
Around people he is not attracted to, Jakotsu can act almost normal and casual. He seems almost friendly to strangers, pretending to be helping, when actually he is just contemplating whether or not they are worth being kept alive or if he should slice them in half the second they get into his way. But he's not a person to make long plans. If someone pisses him off, Jakotsu shows his annoyance clearly. He can appear a bit bitchy at times. Opposed to that he also shows his excitement openly and clearly. When Jakotsu likes something or someone, he is all over it. The option of having nice, casual and friendly conversations with him exists, it's just not too likely. And his humour does get a bit morbid, admittedly.
He's a flamboyant person, he enjoys to get attention wherever he can. In the semi-comedy audio drama 'Jigoku de Matteita Shichinintai' he and the other Shichintai have a lot of fun becoming a show group in hell. Jakotsu sings for them and he does seem to love bathing in being admired by the hell residents.
Jakotsu's patience is pretty low with those he does not obsess over though. and the better he knows someone the rougher he gets. When annoyed with Mukotsu for example, he casually places his foot on the others head... A thing they both appear to be used to. Jakotsu mostly expects things to go his way. And if they don't, he'll get annoyed.
When fighting however, he appears to have fun. If there's time enough he does like engaging in fights, even with those he is not attracted to (albeit not women).
But really, despite everything cruel he might say over the day, he doesn't come across as exactly evil.
