Akashi is on a morning stroll with his vice captain, Midorima, discussing things as usual.
“Shintarou, I suppose things are working out well now.”
He said with confidence. Midorima just nod signaling that he agrees.
“Ryouta is also doing pretty well, despite his new appearance. I expect him to be better in 1 or 2 weeks.”
Midorima makes a funny face, and then he raises his concern about Aomine skipping practice lately.
“Yes, I’m aware of that. I should give Daiki a warning, if he continues to slack off it might affect our team’s morale.”
Akashi becomes a little more serious. Midorima touch his glasses and nod.
“Well, there is no time for relaxing, winter tournament is coming up, and defeat is not an option. We will have Kise ready at that time, so be prepared yourself, Shintarou.”
Akashi packs his bag, and part ways with Midorima. He then meet up with Aomine halfway. Aomine just greet him lightly, and about to take his leave.
“Wait, Daiki.”
Daiki stopped and turn around, looking lazily at Akashi.
“You have been skipping training lately, what happened?”
Aomine just shook his head and can’t say a thing.
“I don’t care what your reasons are, but you better show up in training after this. If you skipped them once, I will need to have you benched the whole tournament.”
Aomine is shocked, but then he understands and nod to Akashi. Akashi then take his leave while he heading downstairs.

Akashi eyes felt hard. Slowly, he opened his eyes. He heard the sounds of the water flowing around, his vision was still blurring. He patted his own head, trying to pull himself together again. Then he realized, he was soaking wet.
What is this? He was left on confusion. He tried to dry himself up, and while he did that, he found a mark on his chest.
“A mark? This seems off. At least I must check where I am now.”
He then wondered around the place, but found nothing familiar. It was not near his school, nor the Winter Cup place, and this does not looked like Japan at all. The Finals start tomorrow and he remembered he was taking a nap for a while. Was this just a dream? Well he didn’t know for sure, but it might be one of the possibilities.
After some time, he met a stranger. So he decided to get a clue and ask him.
“Excuse me, but can you tell me what this place is?”
He asked confidently yet polite. The stranger didn’t really give significant details, but then he found out that he was on a world called “Vatheon”. It certainly is beyond his expectations, but he decided not to take stupid actions and it’s better to gather more information about this place first. He also found out about the StarFish communicator, though he didn’t really found it particularly helpful either.
“Maybe Shintarou and the others can also be on this place. Let see where this path leads me to.”
He continues to walk forward, and it leads to an expected place, a city that is.
“This might be a good start.”
He walk towards the city while holding the starfish communicator.
