Below is a place to thread out quick little conversations with the NPCs that aren't worth an entire log. Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

[The sister brightens slightly, then takes Stein's hand.]

Well, if you don't make up, I'm going to marry Mr. Stein so I have some help dealing with you two!

[There's silence, and then... suddenly there are two little boys scrambling to tear down that wall.]

[Stein chuckles, patting her hand, then addresses the brothers.]

If you two don't start getting along, I just might take her up on the offer.

No way!

[That wall sure did come down fast. The sister smiles brightly.]

Wow, you sure are good with my brothers!

[Is that a ring she's pulling out? Wait, that's seriously a ring. The brothers are screaming again.]

Here, this is for you. I heard it helps keep you from getting stunned! I found it in a jar I was using to climb through the window to deliver messages.

[The ring throws him off for a split second. Then he bows.]

Thank you. I'll keep it with me always.

[She giggles. Gosh, she's never given a present to a guy before!]

Okay, bye-bye! I'll call you if they build another wall!

I'll use the nail in his head next time...

What's that? You're going to clean up this mess before mom gets home?

[Now they have to clean it too? Life is suffering.]

[He smiles at her, and it's a nice smile.]

If they give you any trouble, just call me.

[Then he looks over at the boys, and his smile goes a bit... off.]
