Below is a place to thread out quick little conversations with the NPCs that aren't worth an entire log. Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

[Noooo, Equius, what are you doing?!]

[A few hours later, an exhausted and almost entirely energy depleted Equius shows back up, carrying a jar with a slime in it.]

You... didn't say... they could... cast Regen... on themselves!

Oh, did I forget to mention that?

[Whoopsies! Sorry Equius, it's too funny to watch you trying to beat down slimes on your own without super STRENGTH.]

Well, we did give you healing abilities, so I'm sure you managed!

[Silly nurse, STRENGTH doesn't do anything against slimes anyway. They just bounce back and leer at you grossly. Actually, slimes might be Equius' spirit animal...]

I have no MP left. None. I used all of it beating down slimes.

[Thank goodness he ran across a dark slime that was hurt by healing spells, or he would have been screwed.]

It's a good thing we've opened up the inn for the week then, isn't it? You'll get your mp back if you go sleep there. Run along now, I have tests to run on this.

[She takes the bottle of slime without so much as a word of gratitude. Hopefully he didn't expect her thanks, because she's not the type to give it.]
