Below is a place to thread out quick little conversations with the NPCs that aren't worth an entire log. Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

If he died, how come the coral doesn't bring him back?

[Death just doesn't hold much meaning around here. They know that the foreigners get brought back if they die!]

He died back where we're from. The coral brought him here and we found each other but then it sent him away again...

[Sola sighs heavily, looking forlorn.]

I don't know why it sent him away but I'd do anything to bring him back. I love my brother.

[He looks at the boy with a small smile.]

Just like I'm sure you love yours too, even if you're mad at him. C'mon, why don't you go get him so we can all have cake together, okay?

[He seems shocked to hear that the coral sends people away. The kid doesn't exactly pay much attention to the foreigners, to him they're ALL freaks. He thought that they were here to stay!]

Uhh, umm... okay, hold on...

[He heads back into his bedroom to chat with his brother briefly. Of course, the brother is hearing none of it so within a few minutes he's back in the kitchen, holding a note.]

Can you give him this note?

Oh, sure, okay.

[He turns to the sister for a sec.]

Don't let the cake burn, okay? And no one can have any until everyone's together, alright? Thanks.

That said, Sola leaves the house and goes around to the window that leads to the other brother's half of the room. He'll just knock here to get his attention.]

Hello?

[The second brother pops his head up at the window suspiciously, peering at Sola before opening it up.]

What do you want?

I'm supposed to bring you this.

[He holds out the note, hoping the brother will open the window to take it.]

And also I want to tell you that I'm making a cake but it's a special cake that everybody has to eat together so you won't get any unless you at least try and talk to your brother, okay? You're both making your sister really sad.

[He sighs exaggeratedly, opening the message.

Wait, people here can die? Permanently?!

The younger brother hops out the window, running around to the front of the house. Looks like this problem is solved!]

[Sola heads after him and shares a nice afternoon of cake and family time! Yay, peace is restored! He misses Link something fierce though.]
