Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

Glitter Never Comes Out

Excuse me, I heard you seemed to be having some-

[Before Darkleer can finish speaking, Arty manages to catch sight of the inside of the man's home. He looks horrified. Hope you aren't in the way there, buddy, he is a musclebeast on a mission.]

[Darkleer just kind of... leans in. Stares. Pulls back.]

...Arty will take care of it. Do you have a hose of some sort I can use on him afterwards?

[What is that thing in his house? At first he wants to protest, but then he notices just how good it is at cleaning up.]

Sure, there's a hose out back. Glitter is pretty hard to get off, though. He might sparkle for a week or so.

I can imagine. How badly will he sparkle?

[That is answered for itself when Arty comes out with a bucket full of glitter to set to the side. He stretches his arms because hoo boy he has a lot of cleaning to do, flexing as he does so.]
