Below is a place to thread out quick little conversations with the NPCs that aren't worth an entire log. Vatheon's staple NPCs will have postings here, and all the other new quest NPCs will simply be listed under the "Quest NPCs" comment header. Please put in the subject line which quest you're talking with an NPC about!

[She looks at the musclebeast. What is that thing, even? And what is Darkleer wearing? Why is this whole week so WEIRD? The sister just sighs.]

Yeah, okay, come in. Their room is this way.

[She'll just lead him on back.]

[He forks over a broom and dustpan to her.]

Have at. I give up. Whenever I sweep, I just spread the stuff around.

[What is that thing in his house? At first he wants to protest, but then he notices just how good it is at cleaning up.]

Sure, there's a hose out back. Glitter is pretty hard to get off, though. He might sparkle for a week or so.

Oh... huh. That would have made it easier, wouldn't it?

[He'll just stand back and let her get to work. As long as she gets all the glitter out, he doesn't care how she does it.]

[Darkleer and Arty manage to follow well enough- somehow- and he opens the door to peer inside. Welp. That sure is a wall.]

I imagine that smashing down the wall is out of the question. [He rubs his chin thoughtfully.] And they refuse to cooperate to resolve their differences with one another?

Man, a motherfu-- brother comes here expecting to be laying ganderbulb on a pair of bros with the harshest of rude-nasties between each other, but seems all like to me like you bros got plenty of mirth between you. Makes a dude get his wonder on at what had got you all salty at first, if you can dig that?

[That is answered for itself when Arty comes out with a bucket full of glitter to set to the side. He stretches his arms because hoo boy he has a lot of cleaning to do, flexing as he does so.]

[Actually he was expecting something closer to faith in some deity or another (which would have been harder for him to grasp, not being religious himself) but "faith in yourself" makes sense.]

I see. If I don't believe in myself, how can my comrades be expected to believe in me as well. Is that about it?
