◣ Canon Update ◢

Want your character to suddenly be from a different canon point than that which you put on their application?

Never fear! That is what this post is for. Just comment here, using the form, and you'll be set! It might be nice to let everyone know on the

vatheonooc as well, as your character will be disappearing for a time.

ICly, your character will feel the sudden, inexplicable, powerful urge to touch the coral. And when he or she touches it, the marking on their body will glow red for a brief moment, and then they will disappear.

They will reappear three Vatheon days later, no matter how much time passed in their canon, having experienced all that occurred between the original canon point and the new one. They may reappear anywhere in Vatheon, not just the center plaza, so feel free to be creative! The character may also reappear after a longer period than three days if that is more convenient, however three days is the barest minimum of time the character will be out of Vatheon.

Original canon point: End of DDS1, after the Karma Temple exploded but before Serph ended up in the Real World.
New canon point: DDS2, first visit to the EGG. Just after Serph falls into the EGG fluid and vegetates for like, 10 levels. Lazy bastard doesn't even master his Mantra.
Major changes: He'll be initally weaker than he was before the Junkyard went boom (much of that data got reset, after all) but he could regain some of that strength with liberal amounts of local cuisine--

He'll have better knowledge of what he is and what the Junkyard's purpose was, while being totally kosher with helping people who hate and fear him. Also, he'll have more clues that he's done Bad Things that he doesn't remember, which has caused Heat to turn against him. But it's okay, he understands this is his karma.

Oh. And Serph will have just had his guts literally punched out. He doesn't need those intestines anyway.
